Not Quite Same Old, Same Old

So many things we take for granted today did not even exist a few years ago (think iPhone and permanent hair removal). Sometimes it just takes a new way of looking at a familiar thing to spark new ideas. After all new ideas are made of old ideas. What other “greatest thing since sliced bread” inventions are waiting in the wings to be discovered?
