Immerse in the scents of spices and the colourful heritage of Little India! Participants will be taken on a tour to try their hand at mixing and grinding their own blend of spices, and learn about the ingredients and kitchenware used in traditional Indian Cuisine. They will then observe a cooking demonstration by a Masterchef and savour authentic Indian cuisine at an Indian restaurant!
