Some one asked me this question recently. I pondered upon this question for sometime. We often set goals or resolutions at the beginning of each year but did we actually work towards trying to achieve what we have set upon or even evaluate the reason of failure. Is there a way of measuring success in your goals?

Hi Hazel Nut,

Allow me to share the S.M.A.R.T. principle for Goal-Setting.

Goal-Setting must always be:-
S - Specific
M - Measurable
A - Achievable
R - Realistic
T - Time Specific

I hope this helps in your planning your next goal.
