A smoothie blender can crush ice too and has more functions. and naturally more expensive :eek:

i thought any blender can make smoothie? you don't need a special one right? actually what's the ingredient for smoothie

smoothie is mostly fruits, but unlike fruit juice, you blend the whole fruit so that you get the fibre as well...kind of like ice-blended...very yummy...good idea for breakfast....or as an in-between snack...

ha thanks interesting. i thought need to put in yoghurt to have the smooth creamy texture.

I think u can put yoghurt if you need something more filling...or add milk also can. yumz!

I finally tried it out last weekend with a normal blender. strawberry, honeydew, milk and ice. Mmm yumm!

ok i jeslours lor. i got no blender at home and don't think i will buy cos i know i won't use it after the 10th time. hahahahah....
