I heard that if there are 2 witnesses present and writing a will and they are not your benficiaries, it is legal binding? is that true? but where to submit and who to monitor?

Yes it's legally binding. Make sure that the will is written in legal jargon though ie unambiguous. You don't need to submit the will to anyone. Just make copies for your beneficiaries and don't ask old people to be your witness. Your witnesses should still be around when you die :)

Alamak, you give your will to your family so that they know la. They know already how to forge? Your witness also must choose reliable one of course!

what i meant by forge is someone else do it. if someone else do it of cos won't give to my family member. they will only produce it to them when if anything happen to me. as for 2 witnesses, they can be anybody what and that's the dangerous part as well.

i wonder will there be any quries if the will is doubtful.
