hi hi :) :)

anyone here familiar with housing loan packages? I am considering refinancing my housing loan, understand from some friends banks are offering attractive packages. But totally no idea which loans is suitable for me. I am a biz owner so my cash flow is not very consistent. I would like a loan that allows me to prepay (and not penalise me) whenever I am able to. And possibly take a break from paying when cashflow are tight? (Is there such thing?) But guess interest rates will be high ... Well, you cant have your cake and eat it too.....

tks

Hi DoDo :)

There is nothing at the moment that allows you to take a break from paying. There used to be some packages that allows you to do that but even then, the break period is fixed and not at your discretion. With regards to prepaying your loan, there are a number of packages that allows you to prepay without penalty. If you need more help, pm me :)
