does anyone knows where i can get those air spray for art & craft

You can buy air spray from model kit shops. The last I recall, there are a few such shops at Orchard Road.

model kits as in those motorised aeroplane or cars kind of shop is it?

Go to art shop, the one at wheelock place may have it.
