Distressed asset auctions

Hi - one more question from me, is there such a thing as distressed asset auctions for houses\condo's in Singapore? By this is mean houses\condo's that have been reposessed by banks etc

Is there an online portal or notice of upcoming auctions. Or are there specific auctioners in Singapore that would typically deal with this type of distressed asset sale?

I do not think there is website specially for this.

What I do notice that these properties are usually advertise in the papers (straits time classfied) by auction houses under mortgagee's sale.
