news were saying that private developer will delay private projects due to the economic downturn.
will this bring up the price of the currently project since there are lesser supplies?
my boss told me the price has went down but no drastic to invest.
I passed by Alexis, the new condo near Ikea, the other day and the showroom was packed with people. I read in the papers today that it's 100% sold out! If this carries on, property prices should at least stop falling.
so it's true lar. not a good time to invest then....

recent news that resale high end property market is selling and 50% discount. many said that it's better to buy resale now then new developments.
anyone has any takes on this?
