5. high floor

Does the proximity of a property to the park connectors play a part too?

- amenities
- proximity to temples, columbariumm, funeral homes
- accessibility
- corner unit/corridor unit
- enbloc potential/upgrading
- size/age of unit
- leasehold/freehold
- facilities/maintenance cost
- physical structures

those are some intricate factors. will surely keep that in mind when looking for a home
