huh valuation report for indicate this kind of thing meh. i think it's more of the check list right?
Why would the seller want to take the built-in oven? Is he a contractor? Paying someone to remove and install the oven surely has to be more expensive than buying a new one?
maybe the oven is new, or maybe got sentimental values like mom bakes favorite cakes.
