Own HDB can get 80% loan?

I own a HDB that is fully paid-up. Can I get 80% financing for a 2nd property? I heard for 2nd properties, the maximum financing is 60%...

You can still get 80% financing as long as you do not have an existing home loan. Since your HDB is fully paid-up, you can still get up to 80% financing :encouragement:

As long as your income can substantiate your loan, 80% should not be an issue with any bank :)
