anyone familar with those walkup unit @ Tiong Bahru? Think it's seng poh road, guang chuan street....
Property agent told me that valuation is about $300k but asking about $500k.... so need to fork up so much cash and I am low on cash... seeking a 2nd opinion....
anyone can help?
