you must be willing to spend lar. you buy those $19 kind then of cos expect that it will go flat in 19 weeks lar. i bought my pillow for near $200 and i have used it for 5 years and it's as good as...
is there new development for those 2 storey masionette. don't see them these days. HDB is building alot of those 3/4 rooms.
With more BTO upcoming, will resale flat price drop? some people said will not but will continue to raise? but then if flat owners can't sell then there is no demand. it's a vicious cycle.
i also like simple, black & white best. the other day i went to my colleague place is very simple but the put a green carpet which i think it's the highlight of the living room.
can one sell the flat and buy at the same time?

if the owner of the flat does not reside in sg can they authorise somebody to do it? do they need to go to the lawyer to do a power of attorney?

four room for that location with valuation of that amount seems rather high?
on the other hand, we should be blessed that we are singaporean. there are many things here that are better then other nations. just remember there is not perfect world. ;)
actually if anyone intend to have a pet seriously consider adopting one then buying a new pet. these poor fellows really need a caring environment.

exactly. now COV is really sky high. market is asking for $40 and above. this is extorbitan. is not easy to have a roof over your head in sg.

like i said lor, then moving furniture around is easy lor. in fact a fresh coat of paint will also change the look for the environment. maybe a wall mural of nature or sea will be nice.
to me i prefer curtain then blinds. i like the flowing down effect of the curtain, it makes the room softer feel.
is the lorry near the lot, if not then i think the sedan should have the lot. there is not such thing as waiting near the exit so if any moves out he get's the lot here. in sg, it's whoever near...
if it is a major reno, it still better to seek professional help
