Yes there are installments for it.. so far my family and I are enjoying the usoffa massage.. Usually I can sit on it for like half hour haha while reading newspapers or watching tv!

I've tried this at an osim store previously and I do also agree that the leg massage is good! It's a massage sofa which has lower body massage. I love the airbags that massages my lower back and butt...

Try using containers to store items that would smell and also try to clear expired food items regularly.. This helps! And left-over food should be covered when you want to place them into the fridge.
Yes I've been using Tefal pans for awhile now and I must agree that they are good! It's pretty light-weight and easy to clean too! I recommend it for any new beginners learning how to cook!

I think the best way for my family to prevent mosquitoes is install the mosquito mat on all the windows in the house... This works for us so far:)
