is there new development for those 2 storey masionette. don't see them these days. HDB is building alot of those 3/4 rooms.

my friend's masionettes at eunos (opp eunos mrt) now enbloc and privatised liao. ask him how much developer offer he don't want to say. must be grinning from ear to ear.
