    Post Foreigner runs cheap hotel from new HDB flat!

    I was reading Yahoo News this morning and saw this article that this Filipina converted her new HDB flat at Yishun Jade Spring into a 'budget hotel'! She was advertising thru websites, including Facebook... Omg.. Like that also can... Cannot imagine someone would actually did that!

    It is unclear whether the foreigner was a new citizen or was renting it from a Singaporean.
