    Default CPF Withdrawal limit

Do you know there is a CPF withdrawal limit for payment with your CPF towards housing loan?

Understand rate of 120 per cent apply since 2008.

That means at some point in the future, you can expect to pay cash for your entire mortgage instalment.

Huh, don't understand what you mean? Rate of 120 per cent of what? You mean I cannot use CPF to pay towards my housing loan once a limit is reached?

Yes, there is a valuation limit on withdrawal for housing cap at 120% of the valuation of the property (Valuation base on the time of your purchase). That is when the amount is reached you will need to pay cash for the remaining of the loans.
