Try using a walnut and rub it onto the scratches on the floor. It's natural oil will cover the claw marks. The oil will fill in the scratches so it doesn't stand out so much. Use a soft cloth to wipe away excess oil.

Even i have wooden floors, surface scratches are quite easy to fix. Clean the scratched area with a soft cloth and hardwood floor cleaner. After the surface is clean and dry apply a new layer of the protective coating (shellac, sealant or any other ).
