I personally prefer top load as it's easier for me to put in the clothes for washing. Understand that front load tends to be more energy efficient though.

My friend just shared with me some recent incidents where very young children are trapped inside washing machines. Must have been super scary for their parents!

Top load may be better to prevent kids from climbing into the drum. But on the other hand, it's going to be harder for them to climb out if they do manage to get in...

My friend used to have a top load washing machine.. And currently he is using a front load washing machine, he claims that clothes get cleaner than a top load washer.

Anyone with same situation as him feels the same too?

As I have some knowledge in washing machine repairs. My suggestion is Top load washing machine is the best one.
