    Default Can Agents Represent both sides?

    i heard that now agent cannot represent both the buyers and sellers now. was this allowed last time?

    Ya, agent cannot represent both buyer and seller for the same property transaction.

    It's a good step forward. But at the end of the day, what's stopping the buyer's agent from getting an agent friend to act for the seller I wonder?
