    Default Rental for HDB room at Bedok Reservior

    my mom rented out her master bedroom with attached toilet and no aircon for $650 at bedok reservior. i told her the rate was too low but she said that's what the agent told her the market rate is now. any idea is $650 a reasonable rate?

    Consider that there is no air-con in the room rate is acceptable.
