I think a good housing agent will be someone who has integrity - who does his or her best for the client he or she act for.

He/she must have good market acknowledge has a pleasant personality and am able to speak well, so that she can do good presentation to the client.

He/she must beable to perform in his/her job and give good advice to the client.
