    Did anyone knows about cashback in refinancing?What are the options in refinacing?Is it advisable to do a refinancing during this times of financial crisis

    Cash back in refinancing?

    1) If your mortgage is pretty much paid you can arrange for refinancing to take out cash.
    2) If the valuation of your property is higher than the amount you loan and the bank loan you base on valuation - you can draw out the portion as cash for your use.

    It is good if you need the money - however, take note that if you have a negative sales you will have to pay back this sum before your CPF portion.
