    Default rental woes

    my neighbour was complaining to me about rental her bedroom to 2 students. she said they are dirty and use alot of electricity. ask me how to tell them as she does not want to be seems as asty landlord. any advise?

    There is no better to way to tell them to say to them directly. Ha! Ha!.

    in fact that's what i told her too...

    i told her also to do up a time table eg which day they can use the washing machine for laundry and must do cleaning of the rooms. also to do up some house rules like aircon can only turn on after 10pm etc.

    but my neighbour worried that it's abit too much. haiya this cannot that cannot don't know how to help her.

    chase out then no income also cannot. now she is wondering if rent out to working adults will it be better cos they might be more managable
