    Default Declare bankrupt

A couple of friends I know had intentionally declared bankrupt to run away from paying their debts.

I am for one that objected to what they did?

However, some of my friends think they are smart in doing so?

Have you come across or heard of such thing?

i used to have a friend who declared bankrupt but that time he really got no $ but now that he is doing well and is self employed. he under declare his salary so that he does not have to pay back to his debtors. all his assets and bank accounts are under his sisters and mother's name.

no doubt alot of people are doing that these days. got it's pros and cons. but i think if you really want a proper job especially big corperations, then being a bankruptcy can pose alot of problems.

there is no right or wrong, it's a matter of your own conscience and what you want in life.

lion symphatise with those in huge debts...
