    if one marketed her own flat without going through an agent but the buyer is represented by an agent, it it compulsory that the seller must the comm to the buyer's agent?

    Now no comm guideline right? That means all open to negotiations lor. I heard agents get even more now

    I suppose if there's no guidelines, it's entirely dependent on market forces ie whether there or more owners or agents who are desperate
