Divorce to a PR

my collleague married to a prc and found out that she has cheated on him. should they divorce, does he has to continue to provide for her livelihood and to split his assets? they have been married for less then 2 years. no kids.

i think if you have proof of adultery then maybe no need to give.

I don't think you can get away with not giving half of your assets. I know of a couple of guys whose wives committed adultery and they still have to give away half. It's unfair I know.

where is justice? so before divorce is better to selll away all your assets lar. hahahah....

Actually giving away assets 2 to 3 years before a divorce does not work too. The court will claim that back to give to the ex-wife because women are the "fairer" sex.

hahahah then i must remind my hubby to be faithful to me or else he will be broke. we have 2 properties combined.

Most of the time is the men that is unfaithful to the women, now the other way round. Times change. Good news for women.
