Aromatherapy for home

Anyone into aromatherapy and essential oils? I bought some for a friend's birthday yesterday and it got me wondering if it's worth it to spend such money.

yar that was a good questions. such essence does not come cheap and i wonder does it really helps in our well being.

i think moderately is good. do not indulge.
