is hand written document considered legally bonding dispite both parties signed on it?

yes, any document whether handwritten or type out that is signed by both parties and bear a witness will consider binding.

aiyo, than it is argumentable, what if you write and sign yourself.
No lah, just joking - I believe it is okay.
Why you going into legal tassle with someone? if that is the case you better consult a lawyer.

Even a verbal agreement is legally binding. It's just hard to prove in court that the verbal agreement actually took place...

the handwritten document sould contain key features like the names and identity card numbers for it to be a document that packs a punch

but signature and id can be easily forge if you know the person. how to prove that you are the one that sign on this.
